I am a first year University student and I have a meeting with an advertising specialist at a marketing company. Originally I approached the company with the idea of just talking to someone about the industry, what it takes, what kind of courses I should be looking into, but the other day they asked me to send my resume as well. This may lead to something, but I'm not sure what to wear to the meeting. I was thinking of wearing my grey suit with a white shirt, nothing fancy like pocket square or tie clip, just basic. I'm just not sure if i will be overdressed. Any advice you can offer is appreciated.What should I wear to this meet and greet?
Wear the suit. It is okay if you are over dressed.
