Conservative here who proudly voted for Obama. I've had a long day and haven't really had a chance to read up on this myself, so I'm taking what you've listed as being true w/o verifying it. If it's true, he's even more wicked awesome than I thought. I love that he went in with a true purpose. Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but he feels like the real deal to me.

Good first day. And I don't care what the neo-cons say. They will either have to get on board or they can just watch the world go by without them. For the people that criticize the moves he made today... it is more than any other recent president has done to limit lobbyists or provide transparency. He even surprised me with the expediency with some of his moves today. I say "Good Job".

Just the beginning , we have not seen any thing yet, it is going to get worse as each day passes. Wonder why he did not freeze all the Senators , Congressman etc salary? Oh!! that's right they can give them self raises. Like in that last stimulus package, included was raises for the Judges, sneaked in in the dark of the night, typical Dem's bs. Nothing is changing except for the worse.
