Xbox 360 GTA Iv problem?

I downloaded GTA Iv off of live market place 2 days ago. No problems the 1sty day. Yesterday, the display started randomly going into a gray-scale (black and white) picture. I would compare it to looking like what happens when your character dies and the screen goes gray. Every once in a while the screen just goes completely black. This symptoms happen randomly and sometimes a cut scene will trigger it. I have already deleted the game and re-downloaded it, but the problem still exists. What is going on? Any help please? I doubt it is my t.v's settings or my xbox because all other games work fine.|||download it again, it should fix the problem, if it continues try contacting microsoft
