Craigslist fraud help?

i am interested in this car that i found on craigslist.com i sent this lady an email and this is what she replied it sounds kind of fishy can i have anyones advice?

Hi,

The vehicle is well maintained, no damages or scratches. You will inspect the vehicle before the payment will be made. You will also receive all necessary documents in order to finalize the purchase. I am selling the vehicle under market value because I need to pay the mortgage. I recently moved in Glasgow, MT with my new job and I have the vehicle here with me. The shipping and insurance are included in the price because I won a promotion at uShip (1 free shipping). Email me back if you're interested and have further questions.

Specs: 2003 Nissan Frontier SE Truck Crew Cab Short Bed // 74,260 miles // 1 Owner // Clear Title // Engine: 3.3L V6 SFI SOHC 12V // Automatic // Color: Black ext with Gray cloth int // Air Conditioning // Climate Control // Cruise Control // Power: steering, windows, locks // CD Changer // CD Player // Garage Kept // Non-Smoker.

Thank you,|||buying a used car without visual inspection is a real foolishness|||Oh sounds like a scam and a half , in life if something is too good to be true it usually is , get personal contact via phone with this person , ask questions many questions , if they start pushing you to buy it ...scam , and if you tell them then ill get back to you and they keep calling you ....scam|||scam! buy local only. any offer to ship and for free is not a good idea. only buy if you can see the vehicle in person and the seller has a clean title in hand. be sure to see sellers ID to be sure the names match|||Umm, yes, if you bought this car, there is a 100% chance that you'd send the money and the car would never arrive. This is a scam.|||100% SCAM

Read how to recognize car sales fraud on Craiglist

http://houston.craigslist.org/cgi-bin/au鈥?/a>

"How to recognize a vehicle scam attempt on CL:

# Shipping a vehicle to you is suggested by seller

# eBay Motors or another intermediary is specified by seller

# Payment by Western Union or a money wire is requested

# Price is unusually low (fraction of blue book value)

If you see these tell-tale signs, flag ad as "prohibited" and avoid

Offers to ship a vehicle are virtually 100% fraudulent

eBay has no involvment in craigslist for sale ads, and any eBay or similar emails or web pages you receive are fake

Never use Western Union or wire transfer to pay for goods - only a scammer will ask for this, and any funds sent will be lost

Do not buy vehicles site-unseen, regardless of low price. The vehicle does not exist, and any money you send will be lost.

Stories about divorcees or departing servicemen needing to sell quickly at a low price are generally fraudulent

If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is!"

Think about it - if the car actually existed she would NOT be listed on your local Craigslist, she would be listing on Craigslist in MT or selling to any local dealer. There is NO promotion at uShip

EVERY SINGLE OFFER TO SHIP A CAR ON CRAIGSLIST IS A SCAM - there are no exceptions

There is no car, there is a picture of a car stolen off someone else's legitimate listing.

Need more proof, write back to say that it's such a coincidence but your uncle lives in Nashua, only 15 minutes away, so you want her address so he can come by and check out the car and test drive it for you,and if it's in good working order he will pay in cash and you'll just get the car from your uncle later this summer

Just google a few sentences - here the seller has a 2002 Acura in Chester MT
